One of the resources that the Reference Center offers to the public is the archive of the Memorial da Resistência, which makes available for research documents on how the institution has approached themes related to political resistance and repression in its cultural, educational, and expository actions since it was founded.
As a result of a process of consolidating the institution as a cultural facility committed to memory, in 2021 the systematization and organization of institutional memory began, comprising the period from 2009 (when the museum first opened) to today. The gathered collection is composed of various documents referring to the preparation and production of exhibitions and cultural activities, and documents related to the Education Center’s works, such as events, courses, activities with the visiting public, and visit evaluations.
