Memorial Operation during Conscious Resumption, the museum is open Wednesday through Monday, from 10am to 6pm, and closed on Tuesdays. Due to the responsibility to fight the COVID-19 virus, visitation is limited to avoid overcrowding.

The Memorial cares about the health of its visitors, which is why we have adopted measures to provide greater protection against COVID-19.
Admission is free, and individual tickets must be booked on the website or at the box office service.
Box office service is operating with restrictions and a limited number of tickets.
To enter the museum, you must present your printed tickets or receipt on your cell phone screen.
Entrance will only be allowed with the correct use of masks, covering your nose and mouth.
Every visitor will have their temperature checked with appropriate equipment. People with the temperature greater than 37.5°C (or 99.5°F), and with flu/cold symptoms will be advised to seek medical care and will not be able to access the building.
There is no food or beverages allowed in the building.
The public lockers are closed. We ask you to bring handbags and backpacks, so that you can keep them close to your body.
There are hand sanitizer dispensers all over the building.
Please bring your own headphones to enjoy the audiovisual content of the exhibitions. Due to the pandemic, objects cannot be shared.
We ask our visitors to keep a distance of 1 meter (or 3.28ft) from other.
